Typically, these arrangements are suitable for clients seeking participation of a partner with specific capabilities to fill a need, such as a client whose property has development potential/upside, but requires development and construction. 

We actively participate in real estate joint ventures as a limited partner or co-general partner. These joint venture relationships include partnerships with individual owners, real estate investors and private organizations.
