As the founder and CEO of Crown Group Holdings LLC, Mr. Jean-Charles' mission cornerstone is to identify infill development sites/opportunities and acquire underperforming real estate properties and create subsequent value, thereby, positioning the asset for optimum returns at disposition.

Steeve’s areas of expertise include business planning/development, market research and analysis, strategic marketing, and creative branding; as well as industry-specific experience in commercial real estate across all asset classes, and appraisal/valuation services. These areas of expertise have served him in the successful launch and growth of several business ventures. 

He brings an entrepreneurial perspective to each of his client's business challenges; delivering effective solutions through a better understand of the market and operating environment. He applies a proven market research system/process to gather, collect and analyze marketplace and competitive information relevant to market size, growth and positioning of customer, channel, and product or service.

In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Crown Group Holdings LLC, Mr. Jean-Charles serves as the managing Principal and Lead Consultant for JeanCharles & Company, LLC, (JC&Co.) a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm serving public and private sector clients in the Atlanta, GA area. In this role Steeve draws upon his commercial appraiser experience. 

Prior to forming JC&Co., Mr. Jean-Charles served as an associate commercial appraiser with James McColgan & Associates, Inc., a leading commercial appraisal firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, where his duties included appraisal of a wide range of property types such as retail, office, industrial, subdivisions, apartments, condominium complexes, mixed use developments and vacant land.

Steeve holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Real Estate from Georgia State University, an MBA from Marylhurst University, and is a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. He is a candidate for the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation, the most accredited designation for commercial real estate appraisers in the industry.

Professional affiliations include membership in the Atlanta Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), and the Urban Land Institute.
