We focus on acquiring, developing, and improving properties in markets where the fundamental performance drivers indicate that capital appreciation can be achieved, value-added investment options are viable, and a long-term hold makes sense.
We utilize a rigorous disciplined and research-driven approach, leveraging our extensive network of investment partners, brokers, community partners, and other professionals to identify underutilized, mismanaged, or economically distressed properties and infill development sites/opportunities.
We hold these for short to medium-term; and position them to sell when markets reach price levels that are unsustainable and/or when excess new supply threatens market rents and values.
HOSPITALITY-ENTREPRENEURIAL APPROACH
We identify and invests in established franchise systems with solid reputations within the hospitably industry, strong competitive advantage, scalable business models and solid management that we believe have significant potential for growth and value creation.
We also seek to enhance our hospitality business portfolio through joint venture partnerships/creative deal structuring with companies that need business support to achieve their objectives, in either financing, operations, business development or leadership development.
We target companies that can be acquired at a bargain price, and businesses that have bright growth prospects but are short on operating capital.
